Shipping policy
Orders are generally processed within 7-14 business days.
Germany : Standard flat rate 8 Euro for up to 3kg. Shipping cost is calculated by weight of total orders.
Worldwide : All orders are shipped from Germany. The shipping cost of all international orders will be determined by your region, and the individual weights of each product calculated according to current German Post rates which will be displayed before you confirm payment.
Payment policy
We gladly accept paypal and direct bank transfer.
Refund policy and process
We happily accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition for an exchange or credit. The return of defective or damaged items will only be accepted if the item was defective or damaged upon receipt. We do not provide refunds on change of mind purchases. Sale items can not be returned.

Please send your returns back within 14 days after of receiving your order.
Exchange is subject to availability and we recommend submitting your request via email promptly to arrange the exchange.
All items need to be returned to us promptly and costs of return are at the expense of the customer.
Once the item has been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange).
